CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Managing all phases of residential and commercial construction projects valued in excess of $ 2 million annually. Estimating project costs, performing take-offs and developing project proposals, Maintaining quality and cost control.
ADMINISTRATION: Preparing and administering project budgets. Approving all expenditures and payroll. Developing and implementing policies and procedures. Ensuring compliance with government regulations. Preparing all project documentation.
SUPERVISION/TRAINING: Supervising project engineers, foremen, and laborers. Hiring and scheduling subcontractors. Training and evaluating all team members.

ABOUT EDDIE STARKS

A native Memphian, Eddie takes pride in his hometown, and has been involved in many restoration projects in Memphis' famous Evergreen Historical District. He also gives special attention to projects to rehabilitate homes in many inner city neighborhoods, most of which involve ridding the homes of hazardous lead-based paint.
Education
- Eddie earned a degree in Human Resources from Mercer University. ​
- He has been a licensed General Contractor since July 1999. ​
- Eddie earned his Master Plumber's license in 2000​
